Instead, we aim to meet all their needs through a full-cycle service, where Trebide acts as a technology partner, not just a supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This full cycle that drives Trebide’s integration projects begins with an initial advisory and consulting phase. Consultative selling is one of the fundamental pillars of our offering, requiring us to listen to the client’s needs, analyze them, and even identify those that they have not yet considered. This collaborative work allows us to focus on what truly adds value for the client, maximizing their return on investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this consultative selling period, Trebide\u2019s full cycle continues with intermediate phases of analysis and design, project integration and customization, implementation, commissioning, and training. Throughout this process, one of Trebide\u2019s main competitive advantages is flexibility\u2014our ability to carry out complex projects that require tailoring solutions to specific needs and\/or integrating third-party systems. In contrast to other, more rigid companies that offer closed and pre-established products, we excel in making existing systems coexist with new solutions, enabling clients to maximize their investments and increase efficiency in integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the last phase of this full cycle involves supporting the client during operations, which means providing comprehensive maintenance services. In practice, this may include activities such as asset management, repairs, preventive maintenance, technological consulting, or obsolescence management. Trebide has a methodology of active monitoring, which is a fundamental part of the added value we offer our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basis of this methodology consists of periodically analyzing and monitoring service activity indicators and their trends. We define working groups where, together with the client, we work with this information and dynamically adjust the scope and fees based on the actual service performance. From our perspective, this methodology offers a fairer approach to clients, as the fees are adjusted according to the actual service consumption rather than being based on a fixed monthly fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full cycle that Trebide offers its clients in integration projects is built on continuous improvement and the quest to find solutions to the various needs and challenges that arise during any phase of the project. A Value Proposition in Embedded Systems Based on Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding embedded systems, Trebide offers a value proposition that includes both \u201cclassic\u201d and innovative systems. Among the classic systems, the Passenger Information System (PIS) stands out first, which informs passengers acoustically (public address) or visually (monitors\/screens) about the route status based on the current positioning. To achieve this, Trebide has implemented a real-time automatic localization algorithm that uses various signals, such as beacons, tachometers, GPS, or door signals, to enable precise automatic train localization and provide reliable information to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the PIS, Trebide also focuses on other classic embedded systems such as CCTV, offering video surveillance equipment with the latest video analytics technologies, and the Public Address and Intercom System (PAS), which enables communication between train staff, passengers, and the Control Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the innovative embedded systems we work with, we want to highlight a complex element developed entirely by Trebide: the Multi Communication Gateway (MCG). The MCG acts as an integration hub between systems and as an intelligent communication gateway for train-to-ground communication, enabling the remote monitoring and operation of embedded systems from a control center. This means that an operator at the command center can remotely control the embedded systems and, through Trebide’s Remote Management System (RMS) monitoring tool, view the status of alarms and train events in real-time or delayed mode. Moreover, the MCG not only establishes communication but also performs dynamic and intelligent management of different wireless communication interfaces to optimize their performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also worth noting that the MCG can integrate third-party systems and report status information to monitoring tools other than the RMS, providing maximum flexibility to meet the specific needs of a project and\/or client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both this system and the DBS (Database System), which functions as the train\u2019s database server, are crucial for building one of Trebide\u2019s greatest competitive advantages: integration capability. This integration, thanks to Trebide\u2019s technological skills and business knowledge, ensures that different systems from various companies and of different natures can interact with each other.
